Privacy policy

StockDrop is operated by Tekgen. This policy explains what the app collects on behalf of the merchants who install it.

What we collect

• From merchants: shop domain, access token, plan, and the settings they enter.
• From shoppers who sign up for an alert: email address, optional phone number and push subscription, the product they asked about, language, consent time, and the page source.
• Delivery events (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced) for the alerts we send.

How we use it

Only to send the alerts a shopper asked for and to show the merchant how those alerts perform. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We use Amazon SES for email, Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp. Data is sent to these providers only to deliver the service.

Retention and deletion

Subscriber data is deleted when a merchant uninstalls and Shopify sends the shop redaction request, and on any customer data erasure request. Shoppers can unsubscribe from every email.
